Procedure For Lodging Complaints With CVO RITES

Please follow the guidelines and act strictly according to the procedure.

Complaint can be lodged against officials belonging to RITES excluding Directors of the Company.

  1. We do not entertain anonymous/pseudonymous complaints so please give your proper Name and Address.
  2. Complaints must be brief and contain factual details, verifiable facts and related matters. They should not be vague or contain absurd and sweeping statements since these are liable to be filed.
  3. Please ensure that the complaint is addressed directly to the CVO.
  4. Actionable complaints will generally be acknowledged but it is not always possible to keep the complainant updated with the status of the case.However the complaints are followed up by us to their logical conclusion.
